No. Joining is free, and you receive 1,000 Store Credits straight away (valid for 7 days).

Store Credits come from the welcome gift, your birthday and product review rewards, and you can use 200 Credits for every HK$1,000 spent. Points are earned automatically after every purchase according to your tier, and each Point takes HK$1 off.

At midnight on the day after your order payment is completed, the system recalculates your tier from your spending over the past 12 months.

Yes. All Points expire on 31 March every year, so remember to use them before then.
