We provide the purchaser carry in warranty service from the date of original retail purchase for a limited period of time, subject to the following periods, terms and conditions:
1. Carry in warranty service (including parts and labour) is provided from the date of sale to the original purchaser for a limited period of time, service periods as below:
(a) Barco - 3 Years
(b) Soulnote - 3 Years
(c) Audio Research Corporate - 2 Years
(d) DreamVision - 2 Years
(e) Other brands - 1 Year
2. This warranty does not cover (a) routine inspection, adjustment or conversion of any kind, or (b) transportation and packing charges.
3. Any warranty card other than this will not be recognized by our company.
4. Warranty service will not be provided to a product if
(a) it has been explicitly or implicitly modified, altered, tampered, aligned or repaired in any way by persons other than the technicians authorised by our company, or
(b) it has been damaged through misuse, negligence, accident, inserts or natural calamities, or
c) it has become malfunctioned due to power interruption or abnormal voltage input, or
(d) the model number, serial number and date of purchase has been altered, effaced or removed, or
(e) fail to follow the installation instructions and user manual provided, or
(f) it is for commercial use, or
(g) Aria Audio Limited has not been promptly informed of any change of address or ownership of the said product.
5. The company will not be liable for any loss directly or indirectly caused from breakdown of the product.
6. When the factory and Aria Audio Limited terminates cooperation relations, the warranty period will be terminated immediately.
7. This warranty service is valid in Hong Kong only.
8. Aria Audio Limited reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
In case of any disputes, Aria Audio Limited reserves all rights for final judgement.
