CVS-1 is a vacuum stabilizer that enhances the quality of analog playback. The record board is closely integrated with the magnesium disc by pump suction, eliminating the problems of vibration and warpage. Furthermore, with the intermittent vacuum function, there is no need to worry about the suction state of the record being released during performance, and the needle tip of the cartridge can perfectly trace the groove that does not make slight movements to the end. The CVS-1 is the ultimate vacuum stabilizer developed by engineers who know the merits and weak points created by the analog record adsorption system that existed in the past, based on many years of experience and practice.
About CVS-1
The design and development was planned by Mr. Masahisa Yamada, who leads the Force Smile Lab, which releases a wide range of highly original products. CVS-1 stabilizer, which requires high-precision precision processing technology, is manufactured in Sanjo-Tsubame, Niigata, which is famous for metal processing.
How to use CVS-1
Put it on a magnesium disc of turntable, then put a vinyl on it, and attach a stabilizer to the label side, and you're ready to go. The record board is adsorbed to the turntable disc by operating the separate housing pump at the end of the tube extending from the stabilizer. Vacuum is performed for 20 to 30 seconds, then repeated at 8 minute intervals for 30 seconds. The vacuum motor sound has a muffling design of 40 to 45 dB, so it does not interfere with music playback.

Sealing rubber that enhances the intermittent vacuum function and adhesion
Due to the vacuum function performed at 8-minute intervals, the record board adsorption will not be released during playback. In addition, due to the effect of the sealing rubber with improved adhesion, it is possible to maintain the adsorption state even for warped record boards (including 180 g heavy boards).

Adoption of pure magnesium material
Pure magnesium, which is a disc material, is the metal with the highest internal loss, so it is characterized by very little squealing peculiar to the material. It is a great merit as a material that is closely integrated with the vinyl record.
The stabilizer that connects to the pump is a hybrid specification of pure magnesium and brass, and the combination with the disc greatly contributes to the vibration control of the vinyl.

The center spindle is designed to support turntables of 11mm or less.
