Warranty Terms

To protect the rights of our customers, please complete the warranty registration within 14 days of purchase and retain the purchase invoice as proof for future maintenance and repairs. Late registrations will not be accepted.

Starting from the date of purchase, the products you purchase from our company come with a limited carry-in warranty. The warranty period and terms for each brand are as follows:

1. A limited carry-in warranty (including labor and parts) is provided from the date of purchase, with the following durations for each brand:
(a) Barco - 3 years
(b) Soulnote - 3 years
(c) Dynaudio - 2 years
(d) DreamVision - 2 years
(e) Other brands - 1 year

2. The warranty does not cover (a) routine inspections, adjustments, or modifications, or (b) packaging and transportation costs.

3. Apart from this warranty certificate, any warranties issued by other companies or individuals are not recognized by our company.

4. The warranty will be void if the product:

(a) has been repaired, adjusted, or modified by unauthorized technicians, or non-original parts have been used for modification;

(b) is damaged due to incorrect operation, negligent use, accidents, pest infestation, or natural disasters;

(c) malfunctions due to abnormal voltage;
(d) has its product model, serial number, purchase date, or related information altered;
(e) is damaged due to failure to follow the installation and usage instructions in the product manual;
(f) is used for commercial purposes;
(g) has been transferred to another user or the user has moved without timely notification to Aria Audio Ltd.
5. Our company is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses resulting from equipment failure.
6. The warranty will be terminated if the manufacturer discontinues its partnership with our company.
7. This warranty is only valid in Hong Kong.
8. Aria Audio Ltd. reserves the right to amend the warranty terms and conditions without prior notice.

In case of any disputes, Aria Audio Ltd. reserves the right of final decision.
