Delivery Time
- Under normal circumstances, products will be shipped within 1-3 working days after the "Order Confirmation" (Working days are Monday to Saturday; Sunday and public holidays are excluded).
- Customers will be notified by email after shipment.
- During holidays or inclement weather, orders may take longer to process.
- If you need to change the delivery address, phone number, or delivery time after payment, please contact us as soon as possible.
Shipping Costs (Calculated by Weight)
- Shipping costs will be calculated based on the order total after deducting any shopping credits, points, coupons, and discounts.
Delivery Guidelines
- Please ensure you enter the correct recipient phone number and delivery address. If the information is incorrect and delivery fails, SF Express may charge additional fees to the customer.
- For customers choosing smart locker pick up, if the pick up is not completed within 24 hours from the SMS notification, SF Express will charge a service fee.
- For customers choosing SF Express Service Point or SF Express Station pick up, if the pick up is not completed within 2 days from the notification, SF Express will charge a service fee.
SF Express Service Fees
- To ensure the smooth operation of delivery points and maintain service quality, if a customer selects collection at SF Express Service Point, SF Express Station, or Smart Locker and does not collect the parcel within the designated time frame, a "SF Retention Service Fee" will be charged.
For SF Express Service Point or SF Express Station Collection
If the parcel is not collected within 2 days of the notification sent via SMS / SFHK APP, SF Express will charge HK$10 per day as a "SF Retention Service Fee".
(Days are counted from Monday to Saturday; Sunday and public holidays are excluded.)For Smart Locker Collection
If the parcel is not collected within 24 hours of the SMS / SFHK APP notification, SF Express will charge HK$10 for every 24-hour period as a "SF Retention Service Fee".

Additional Charges
SF Express may charge additional surcharges for fuel, remote delivery areas, and resource adjustments. These additional charges will be borne by the customer.

Aria Audio Specialist Delivery + Installation Service Area
- Delivery areas includes Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories (including Ma Wan), and specified areas on Lantau Island (including Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, and Chek Lap Kok) for both commercial and residential addresses.
- An additional delivery charge of HK$200 applies for Discovery Bay (covering tunnel fees and gate fees).
- Additional delivery fees will apply for remote and outlying island areas.
- Overseas customers can contact us for custom arrangements.
