Membership Tier Terms & Conditions

After a customer's order payment is completed, the system will recalculate membership tier eligibility the following day at midnight based on upgrade criteria. By accumulating a specified spend within any 12-month period, members will be automatically upgraded and enjoy additional privileges, such as special discounts on selected products. Membership validity is 12 months.

Store Credit Terms & Conditions

New members will receive 1,000 Store Credits upon joining, valid for 7 days.

Store Credits earned through review rewards are valid for 30 days. Store Credits cannot be used on certain brands or models, including:

a. Soulnote 3 Series, Ferrum full product range, and Lightspeed Reference Series products;

b. Partner brand products;

c. All discounted and promotional items.

Points Terms & Conditions

Members earn points after each purchase. Every HK$1,000 spent converts to a specific number of points based on the member's tier. Each point offsets HK$1 of spend. Points expire annually on 31 March. Points cannot be used on certain brands or models, including:

a. Soulnote 3 Series, Ferrum full product range, and Lightspeed Reference Series products;

b. Partner brand products;

c. All discounted and promotional items.

In the event of any dispute, Aria Audio reserves the right to make the final decision, including the right to suspend, amend, or terminate the programme and its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
