RARER R1's design adopts a concept of "minimalism", adhering to the “brief but not simple ”idea, avoiding unnecessary waste and exaggerated visual effects. The design team attaches great importance to user habits, usage requirements and the interactivity of people and products, because classic industrial design products not only require a beautiful appearance, more importantly, but also a good user experience. Durable and easy to use is the focus.

The R1 has the function of connecting external speaker (active, passive) , it adopts the DIRECT DIGITAL FEEDBACK AMPLIFIER (DDFA) module for full digital operation which accept digital signals only. Firstly, the received PCM signal will be re-sampled, then it will be converted into a high frequency PWM pulse signal for power amplification. At the end, the signal is converted into an analog signal by a special high frequency filter and transmitted to the speaker. About the volume control, the digital signal has enough HEADROOM to adjust the volume by increasing the depth of the digital audio character. Moreover, the high loop gain feedback design greatly improves the circuit performance and can meet most of the "fancier" needs. In addition, RARER R1 also has Bluetooth, USB, FM, AUX, audio signal output and infrared control.
