They only need to fix the super ground filter on the RC wall next to the power box, then connect the "ground loop wire" in the original building in the power box to the "OUT terminal" of the super ground filter, and finally use the grounding cable provided by MA to connect from the "IN terminal" to the "ground busbar" in the power box.
