Using superconducting technology, the potential difference between the water line and the ground wire is quickly converged and released to the ground. All three grounding bus bars use high-purity crystalline copper alloy, which has been tested and manufactured with a thickness of 3mm, as both too thick and too thin will affect noise elimination performance. After forming the material, it goes through our unique "UHD purification process" (Ultra High Definition Electroplating Technology) using a series of processes such as slow grinding, ultra-cleaning, and precision plating to create a smooth surface and promote long-term stable and reliable performance. The surface impurities are completely removed by an industrial-grade ultrasonic cleaning machine during the "ultra-cleaning" process. Finally, it is sent to "precision plating" to create a malleable and perfect electrical conductivity.

This seemingly simple bus bar is treated with utmost care in every detail of our manufacturing process, especially the electroplating process. It involves preparing before electroplating, selecting the electroplating solution, determining the thickness of the electroplating layer, and most importantly, deciding which metal to electroplate and how many layers. These are all complicated and time-consuming experimental procedures that must be tested for satisfactory performance and sound before the optimal solution can be determined. Using three layers of electroplating with electronic-grade copper, gold, and ruthenium (two layers of silver and palladium electroplating for PG-16) to optimize the conduction performance. The screws used are also made of non-magnetic stainless steel to avoid magnetic interference. PG-16 has two sets of O-shaped terminals with an inner diameter of 16mm and fourteen sets of O-shaped terminals with an inner diameter of 4mm on each bus bar plate. With different sizes and numbers of terminals, the three different styles satisfy the needs of different circuit users, allowing the potential difference to converge quickly and be released to the ground, thereby regaining high-quality power energy.
