Reference 10旗艦前級是採電源分離式設計，除此之外，ARC還使用上了最新的組件、專有的訂製電容、佈線以及新的連接器，以提升Reference 10的性能。為堅持最好的品質，Reference 10全機都是在美國手工焊接組裝而成，此外，Reference 10亦使用純A類放大電路，並且堅持一律使用離散元件，絕無OP放大元件。Reference 10不僅採取了雙單聲道設計，而且配置4顆電源變壓器，分別針對左、右聲道的高、低電壓，分別提供獨立的電源，甚至是真空管穩壓與放大電路的供電也都是雙單聲道個別供應，求電路元件的最佳化。
