Max Ti

Max Ti is the first post in Entreq’s Max range to build beyond the foundational Max T and Max S. Designed for use with the Corepoint units supplied with every Delphius and Primer Core cable, Max Ti adds Titanium to the Tungsten base shared across the Max range, taking the performance of any Corepoint-equipped cable a meaningful step further.

Titanium is a strong, low-density transition metal with distinctive magnetic and electrical properties. Where the Titanium Inside mark appears, it identifies a Max post in which Titanium has been combined with our established Tungsten base to bring a specific character — precision and articulation — to the performance of the host product.

Tungsten Inside

Our range of products bearing the Tungsten Inside mark contain a unique mineral mix that features Tungsten granules. Our research has found this specific material to offer even greater performance when used in our grounding applications.

Titanium with a Tungsten base

Max Ti takes the Tungsten foundation that runs through the Max range and adds Titanium as its signature material. A strong, low-density transition metal with distinctive magnetic and electrical properties, Titanium contributes a specific character to the post: a sense of precision and articulation that builds on the depth and weight Tungsten provides. The two materials work in combination to produce a post with a clear identity within the range.

A step further in the Max range

Max Ti brings a further extension of performance for systems that have already begun to explore what Corepoint and ERS make possible. Where Max T and Max S provide the foundational entry into Corepoint tuning, Max Ti is the next step into more refined territory. The progression is incremental but the difference is audible from the first listen.

Characteristics

Each Max post has its own distinct character, and the Max Ti’s is one of control. In our reference system, it shifts the balance of energy — less in the low frequencies, more through the midrange and top end — and grips the whole presentation more firmly than the Max T, trading a little of that post’s outright energy for composure and focus. Where the Max T is generous, the Max Ti is precise. That’s our take, in our system. Yours will draw its own conclusions, which is exactly why the range exists.

The Max post architecture

Like every Entreq Max post, Max Ti contains a specific configuration of materials housed in a wooden body, designed to influence the electromagnetic behaviour at the reference point of a Corepoint unit. The wooden body is chosen for its electromagnetic neutrality, allowing the active materials inside the post to do their work without interference from the housing.

Compatible with Corepoint, Ground Boxes and Tuss Kit

Max Ti was developed alongside the Corepoint architecture supplied with our Delphius and Primer Core cables, and is equally suitable for use with our ground boxes and Tuss Kit. In all applications, Max Ti simply screws onto the threaded post of the host product.

Hand-built in Sweden

Max Ti is hand-built at our facility in Sweden, using a wooden body and a specific configuration of materials including Tungsten and Titanium. The composition has been developed and refined through extensive testing on our reference system
